1. Create an Employer account:
With each subscription,you get unlimited access to your administrative console for 12 months from creation date, and the tools for defining and refining candidate searches, your dedicated search area, 'online interview room', job seeker communication and rating areas.
2. Choose Search Packages: 
Package #1 $149
Fill 1 job with 30 days Bullpen search time
Define one candidate search and you have 14 days to run unlimited dynamic searches of the database to create your candidate list. Manage searches and contact candidates from your 'My eBullpen' console anytime until you expire that job.
 Package #2 $295
Fill 5 jobs with 60 days Bullpen seach time
Create 5 candidate searches and you have 30 days to run unlimited dynamic searches of the database to create your candidate lists. Manage searches and contact candidates from your 'My eBullpen' console anytime until you expire each job.
 Package #3 $495
Fill 10 jobs with 90 days Bullpen seach time
Create 10 candidate searches and you have 90 days to run unlimited dynamic searches of the database to create your candidate lists. Manage searches and contact candidates from your 'My eBullpen' console anytime until you expire each job.
Package #4 $995
Fill 30 jobs with 180 days Bullpen seach time
Create up to 30 candidate searches and you have 180 days to run unlimited dynamic searches of the database to create your candidate lists. Manage searches and contact candidates from your 'My eBullpen' console anytime until you expire each job.
