Here’s how it works:

You get unlimited access to your administrative console for 90 days from creation date, the tools for defining and refining candidate searches, your dedicated search area, 'online interview room', job seeker communication and rating areas.

Once you are a registered Employer and purchase a subscription, you can immediately access your 'My eBullpen' page where you can create candidate searches. Each search is unique and intended to fill ONE employment position with ONE person. You define the job experience, location, and pay levels then take a short survey to define the importance of certain personality traits for the person you are seeking to fill that position.

Once the job details are defined, the system will search its registered job seekers and return a list of matches, ranked by percentage match to your job. From here you can select members you would like to contact, or change the importance weighting of certain search criteria and run unlimited refresh searches within your subscription time frame until you collect a pool of candidates from which you can communicate, further qualify, meet and employ.
