With Online Interviews you can:

• Communicate directly with employers who have job opportunities you match with
• Respond to employer introductions
• Further qualify yourself, provide contact information
•  Rate job opportunities and update ratings from the drop down 'ratings' bar
• Track communications, view number of active interviews, and number of active jobs
• See if an employer you are communicating with is currently online

Online interviewing is meant as a tool to assist in putting employers in contact with you. It is not meant to replace face-to-face interviews, but to narrow down employers' field of candidates to the most qualified, helping to shorten the hiring process time while ensuring the opportunity is truly an excellent one for you and a good fit for your job experience and personality.
