eBullpen Matching System For Job Seekers
The eBullpen Matching System works by combining two sets of information about job seekers with jobs (candidate searches) that employers create.
Job Qualification & Search Preferences
The first set is the information about your job qualificaitions and search preferences you enter when you create your profile. (You can change these later).
The job search preferences you manage look like this
and you can change them at anytime:
Personality
The second set are the results of the personality survey you take when you register. You can only retake the survey once. The survey measures 5 personality traits:
Sociability
How much someone seeks out and enjoys interaction with others
Adaptability
Iindividuals’ approach to organizing their life and accomplishing their goals.
Curiosity
The extent to which someone gravitates toward new and unusual experiences or stays with what is familiar
Interpersonal Style
Overall attitude toward people, how one naturally relate to and interact with others
Temperament
Big 5 'Emotional Stability' factor describes how someone confronts and handles events or stressors that are unwelcome or cause pressure.
Your personality survey reveals a measure of each trait in you. There are no wrong answers, as research has shown that every individual exhibits these five traits in varying degrees. Employers use personality to help them find a person with the traits they define for a successful fit. Each unique employer has different values for different positions, so there isn't one style that is always sought out. In fact, the most successful teams are those with a good balance of personality traits. Different personalities approach problem solving differently, and each has value to add.
The best approach is to always assess yourself HONESTLY and answer the questions as you currently ARE, not who you aspire to be. This ensures the best matches for you, so that employers with jobs, work environments, and teams needing your unique set of traits should be contacting you about their opportunities.
